NOISE
Please remember that you are not in a house but in a flat that is a condominium. There are people above and below you. They have jobs and have to get up early on the weekdays therefore they are in bed early. Our 2375-79 Jackson Street Condo Rules state that noise in the flats MUST be controlled and limited after 10:00 p.m. on the weekdays and 12:00 midnight on the weekends. We would ALL appreciate if you would abide by this rule.

FIRE ESCAPE
The fire escape is not to be used as a room or a place to smoke. It is to be used only in an emergency.

BACK DECK
The back deck is not available for use.

FIREPLACES
The fireplaces are not to be used. The fireplace in the large north facing living room is NOT functional at all. The fireplace in the den/dining room is functional but it is a VERY small fireplace and does not draw well at all. There is usually more smoke in the room than in the fireplace itself so it is off limits to all.

KEYS
There will be a fee of $10.00 for every key that is lost and has to be replaced.

MAID SERVICE
There will be no maid service while you are at the flat except for guests who stay two weeks. The maids will come in after the first week to change the towels and sheets. The maid service is included in your rent. Upon departure, please leave the used towels on the bathroom floor and used beds unmade.

NO SMOKING AT THE FLAT
The owners would appreciate it if you do not smoke in the flat or on the fire escape outside of the flat.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED

THERE IS NO TELEPHONE SERVICE AT THE FLAT. PLEASE BRING YOUR MOBILE TELEPHONE.
