The terrace,off the living/dining room, has a large table that seats 8 comfortably for al fresco dining. The pool (9 metres by 5 metres, depth 1 to 2 metres) is surrounded by flower beds with a barbecue, playhouse and sitting area at the end of it. Beyond the pool is a large garden with orange, pine, olive and various palm trees. A lovely gazebo is in the middle surrounded by its own flower garden. The garden is very private and tranquil.
