*There are staircases in the house which makes it difficult with small children. We have portable gates to use when young children are at the house. The house comes with a hi- chair and crib.

Ground Floor:

The large kitchen is on the ground floor and has a 224cm. dining table with 10 chairs. Off to one side of the kitchen is a hallway leading to a double bedroom with a double bed and en suite shower room. This bedroom looks out over a patio with a pergola and a restored original stone bread oven. The pergola, which is covered in wisteria outside the kitchen, has a dining table to seat 10 people as well as a sitting area.

The other side of the kitchen leads to a charming and cosy living room with a television. Off this living room is a double bedroom which looks out to the surrounding olive groves. It has a superking bed that can be made into twin beds and an en suite shower room.

Off the above living room is an iron staircase leading to a second living room, at a lower level, with overstuffed sofas and a fireplace creating a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere. From this room, there are beautiful views of the lovely valley below. There is a full bathroom off this living room.

All the rooms on these levels have the traditional Tuscan terracotta tiles, traditional timber and tile ceilings, and kilm rugs.

Lower Ground Floor:

There is an iron staircase leading to the lower ground floor at the bottom of the which is a bathroom with a shower and a large double bedroom with tiled floors and a superking bed that can be made into twin beds. Leading off this bedroom is a third living room, with polished wooden floors, a television, and large sitting area. This living room opens out to a patio with a pergola for dining or sitting and relaxing.

First Floor:
There are two very spacious double bedrooms, with polished wooden floors and superking beds that can be made into twin beds. There is a shared shower room on this floor.

At the lowest level is a laundry room and separate shower room. There is a washing machine, an extra refrigerator, shelving and a table for folding laundry.

Security:
The house has a safe inside for valuables. There are shutters on all windows and an alarm system.
